Relationships
I work with men and women navigating the full range of relationship experiences, whether you want to explore family dynamics, strengthen a current romantic partnership, cope with a divorce or breakup, adjust to life afterward, or begin dating again.

Need help in your current relationship?
-
you might find that communication has become harder
-
you might feel stuck in the same arguments
-
you might feel unsure of what your partner needs from you
-
you might feel frustrated that your own needs aren’t being seen or understood
-
you might want to reconnect but don’t know where to start
-
you might be having a hard time resolving issues
Need someone to talk to during & after a breakup or divorce?
-
we will talk about the loss and the relationship as a whole
-
we will reflect on what’s changed
-
we will begin shaping a new path forward, even if it’s not the one you expected
-
we will navigate the challenges of co-parenting, helping you stay present and supportive for your children while adjusting to a new family dynamic
Need to talk about dating?
-
we can explore what dating brings up for you that might include anxiety, uncertainty, or questions around intimacy, trust, and self-worth
-
we can clarify what you’re looking for
-
we can build confidence in how you show up in relationships
Relationships with family
You might also want to discuss complex family dynamics, dealing with long-standing conflicts, or trying to make sense of changing roles within your family or social circle.
With Therapy we will:
Work through family conflict or unresolved tension with parents, siblings, or extended family
Rebuild trust or communication in relationships you want to repair
Develop acceptance for how a relationship has evolved, even if it’s not what you expected
Set boundaries with people who may be difficult to be around
Relationships are a big part of life and they aren’t always easy. Whether it’s with a partner, family member, or someone else close to you, it’s normal to have ups and downs and talking things through in therapy can help you make sense of what’s going on, get some perspective, and figure out what helps things feel better.
