HOW CAN
THERAPY BE
HELPFUL?
-
Having a consistent place to talk and reflect makes all the difference
-
A place to slow down and process what’s been weighing on you
-
Help untangle your thoughts when everything feels like a lot
-
Problem-solve situations that feel overwhelming or complicated
-
Get tools to manage anxiety, overwhelm, and stress
-
Work on communication skills and how to navigate tough conversations
-
Be able to process things out loud, sometimes just saying it out loud helps you see it differently
Sometimes we come to therapy because of a specific life stressor. Other times, we may not know exactly what’s wrong but need support in figuring it out. Either way, it’s important to know you don’t have to be in crisis or have a specific issue to talk about when entering therapy. Therapy can be a helpful, reliable place for regular check-ins to talk through life and feel supported week by week.
Areas of Treatment
Services

Individual Therapy
Our work together is shaped by your unique needs, goals, and experiences, and we’ll move at a pace that supports you. This time is yours to bring forward whatever feels most present or meaningful to you.

Couples Therapy
In session, we create a space to slow down and better understand each other’s needs, strengthen your emotional bond, and develop more effective ways of communicating. Together, we’ll explore challenges in the relationship and work toward clarity, connection, and resolution.

NICU Consults
Consults are available for expecting parents who are anticipating a NICU stay or parents in their early days of a hospitalization. This is an opportunity to receive an introduction to the NICU and be able to connect with someone in the field, who will be available to provide education and answer questions about how to best navigate the medical environment.
